Appointment Policy

We all have busy lives and know that sometimes urgent matters come up last minute.

If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance. There will be a $20 cancellation fee for routine visits and new patients will be charged the full visit fee if rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

We know that you try your best to be on time and keep your care plans to improve your health. However, Spine by Design Chiropractic offers an appointment policy that aims to be fair to our other patients and as flexible as possible for you:

  • Late Arrivals. If you arrive but are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we ask that you wait patiently for your appointment or schedule for a later time or day.
  • Sickness. If you were too sick to be in touch, we ask that you call to reschedule as soon as possible.

Discount Policy

Spine By Design Chiropractic is able to offer discount pricing options to welcome the community to our practice.

By law, we have to charge every person the same fees for the services we provided. This is important, as it ensures fair billing. However, as some of the newest members of the community, we do look to provide discounts where possible.

Our current offers:

  • Ask us about our cash patient pricing if we are not in your network. Our pricing is affordable to help everyone get the treatment they need.
  • We are proud to offer Veteran and Active duty military discounts as well. Call for more information.
